Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Georgy Fokin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tat Moh!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moh throws a body kick that misses.
Moh looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Moh has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Moh there as he acknowledges the shot.
Tat Moh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moh has a takedown stuffed.
Fokin tries to counter with a takedown but Moh is quick to defend against it.
Moh misses with a double jab.
Moh displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fokin throws out the jab.
A shot to the liver by Fokin. Beautiful body shot.
Moh misses with a kick to the body.
Moh on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Moh lands a nice looking kick to the body. Fokin takes a step back to recover.
Moh throws a body kick that misses.

and Fokin counters with a shoot takedown. Moh fights it but they end up in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fokin tries to free his leg and advance position but Moh is retaining full guard.
Moh pulls Fokin in to control the position.
Fokin preventing the sweep.
We've been hearing good reports from Fokin's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Fokin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Fokin keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Moh's head.

Fokin throwing strikes but missing.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moh avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Fokin is looking to advance position but Moh has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Moh cracks Fokin with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Moh throws some wild stikes that Fokin manages to avoid easily.
Fokin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fokin wants to hold on but Moh pushes him away.
Fokin is desperately trying to improve his position but Moh has a good base and remains in mount.
Poor strikes thrown by Moh there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Moh cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Fokin really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Moh wants to control but Fokin has made it back to half guard. Nice work.
Fokin is trying to get back to full guard.
Moh controlling the action here.
Moh throwing shots but Fokin is blocking nicely.
Moh works his way into full mount!
Moh is in the full mount, landing strikes.


It looks like Georgy Fokin has been cut.

Moh trying to control but Fokin is having none of it.
Fokin is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Moh prevents Fokin from getting the reversal.
BOOM! Moh connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Moh fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Fokin wants to hold on but Moh pushes him away.
Fokin is working to get back to half guard.
Moh landing strikes, looking to finish!


Georgy Fokin's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Georgy Fokin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tat Moh!
Post fight, Tat Moh stared into the camera and said 'We are told that talent creates its own opportunities. Yet, it sometimes seems that intense desire creates not only its own opportunities, but its own talents, as well.'.
