The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Crowe.
A slapping leg kick lands for Chick.
Chick closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Andy Chick has been cut.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chick.
Crowe tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chick swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Chick walks into a jab.

Chick looks for the body kick but Crowe saw that one coming.
Chick throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Chick swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Crowe closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Chick quickly recovers to half guard.

Crowe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chick keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Crowe connects with a nice short shot to Chick's temple.

Good leg kick by Chick there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Crowe gets to his feet and stands over Chick, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Chick felt that one! Crowe unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Chick from any more punishment!

Stanton Crowe tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
