Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Pedro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jericho Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that George Pedro has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily George Pedro seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Jericho Hill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hill bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pedro's head backwards.

A solid leg kick lands there for Hill.
Hill works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Pedro misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pedro shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hill manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hill is on top in guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pedro had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hill defends it easily.
