The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gatherer fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Goldstein on the side of the head.

Goldstein is looking to clinch but Gatherer is avoiding it.
Gatherer scores with a crisp jab that stopped Goldstein in his tracks.

Goldstein tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gatherer paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Goldstein shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gatherer's guard.
Gatherer had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Goldstein defends it easily.
Goldstein lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Gatherer escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goldstein gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Goldstein works over Gatherer with some ground and pound from guard.

Goldstein cracks Gatherer with a good jab.
Goldstein lands with a right that hurts Gatherer. Gatherer looks to clinch but Goldstein throws a short knee that drops Gatherer. This one is all over!
