Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ethelbart Takahashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson Goldstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
45 - 20 - 0, fighting out of London, Ethelbart Takahashi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Samson Goldstein! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takahashi falls off balance throwing a combination
so Goldstein counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Goldstein throws a big elbow that misses. Goldstein has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Takahashi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Goldstein postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Goldstein with a flurry of punches that miss. Takahashi pulls Goldstein in close to prevent any damage. Goldstein trying to control the position from guard on top but Takahashi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Goldstein works over Takahashi with some ground and pound from guard. Goldstein landing some decent shots from guard. Goldstein postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takahashi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Goldstein missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Takahashi is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Goldstein distracts Takahashi with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Goldstein content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Takahashi working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Goldstein. Goldstein forces his way into half guard. Takahashi is looking to improve his position.
Goldstein is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Takahashi blocking the ground and pound attempt from Goldstein.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Goldstein with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Goldstein working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Goldstein working over Takahashi with some ground and pound. Takahashi looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Takahashi keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Takahashi is not content to let Goldstein control the position. Goldstein with the ground and pound but Takahashi uses the opportunity to regain guard. Goldstein is looking to work some ground and pound but Takahashi has wrist control. Goldstein trying to control the position from guard on top but Takahashi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Goldstein stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Takahashi swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Goldstein lands a couple of digs. Goldstein throws a big elbow that misses. Goldstein sitting in guard here, content to control. Takahashi is adopting a defensive guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Takahashi misses the shot to the body. Takahashi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Takahashi catches Goldstein with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Takahashi throws a push kick but Goldstein slaps the foot to one side. Takahashi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Goldstein. Takahashi takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Takahashi pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Goldstein gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Takahashi. Ethelbart Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Goldstein lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Takahashi looks to throw the jab but Goldstein is out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takahashi misses the jab. Goldstein throws a nice outside leg kick. A jab from Takahashi finds it's way through Goldstein's defenses. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Takahashi gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Goldstein gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Takahashi is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Samson Goldstein!
