Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Taco MacArthur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldous Wensleydale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacArthur thumps Wensleydale with a low kick.

MacArthur sneaks out the side door and pushes Wensleydale away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
We've been informed that Wensleydale has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

A momentary lapse in concentration from MacArthur enables Wensleydale to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. MacArthur manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close second round but I would say that Taco MacArthur will probably get the nod.

Wensleydale has control of MacArthur's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and MacArthur regains control of the situation pretty easily.
