Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Centino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Koch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur Centino! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Jacob Koch! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Centino. Centino ducks under a wild hook from Koch. Centino has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Mary Gracies Jiu Jitsu in the buildup to the fight. Koch shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Centino eats them both and turns towards Koch to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Arthur Centino has been cut. Centino moves out of range of the strikes. Koch connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Centino momentarily.
Koch cracks Centino with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Centino misses with a head kick.

Centino appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Centino clobbers Koch with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. This has been an exciting period of action! Koch throws a leg kick which misses Centino's front leg but catches the back leg as Centino tries to avoid it. Koch takes a swing at Centino's ribcage but misses. Centino dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Koch. That did some damage! Koch takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koch on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Centino. Centino obviously looking to wear him down.
Koch turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Koch misses with a double jab.
Centino moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Centino shoots in for a takedown but Koch shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. We've been informed that Koch has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Koch misses the shot to the body. A bone on bone clash there as Centino blocks the leg kick.
Centino throws a low kick, looking for Koch's leg but Koch calmly moves out of range. Centino changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Koch tries to avoid it but Centino manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Koch to the ground. Koch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Centino motions for Koch to come forward. Centino throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Centino throws a body shot but no joy. Koch uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Centino. A nice leg kick lands there from Centino. Koch lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Centino avoids the head kick by Koch.
Centino takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Centino ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Koch moves away. Koch looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Koch connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Centino throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Koch swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. The crowd cheers as Koch lands an impressive looking overhand right. Centino doesn't seem phased though. Centino misses with a kick to the body.
A jab from Koch misses. Centino gets off balance looking for a body kick and Koch counters with a straight right hand. Koch cracks Centino with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Koch works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Koch misses with a hook. Centino ducked under it nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Centino works Koch's body with a nice hook. Koch jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Jacob Koch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Koch throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Koch looks to throw the jab but Centino is out of range. Centino staying out of range there. Centino with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Koch cracks the inside of Centino's front leg. Centino is trying hard to land a takedown here. Koch sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arthur Centino. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Centino is defended easily by Koch. Koch is looking to slow Centino down with leg kicks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Centino misses with a left hand and Koch counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Centino uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Centino uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Koch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A slapping leg kick lands for Centino.
Centino lands with a good body shot. Koch throws out a loose jab but Centino uses good head movement to avoid it. Koch missing with a left hand there. Centino was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Koch moves into the clinch successfully.
Centino pulls guard successfully.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Koch tries to free his leg and advance position but Centino is retaining full guard. Centino wants to hit a switch here but Koch passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Centino there! Koch content just to control the position here.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Centino looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! You can see the frustration on Centino's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Koch is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Centino tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Centino tries to improve his position but instead Koch has taken his back!
That's six minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Centino rolls, trying to escape but Koch keeps control of the position.
Koch is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Koch is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Koch not allowing Centino to control his hands. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Koch is trying to stick to Centino's back but Centino is turning into Koch. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Koch's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Centino.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Centino throws an elbow that misses. Koch uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Centino's guard. Nice move by Koch!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koch trying to control the position from guard on top but Centino is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Centino is trying to keep Koch in close.

Centino is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Centino trying to control the position.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Koch showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Centino is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's nine minutes gone in the round. Centino is trying to get back to full guard. Koch content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Centino makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Centino.
And that's the end of the fight! Jacob Koch comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Koch has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Jacob Koch! A less than humble Jacob Koch misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
