Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tobious Khan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Hyman Krustofski! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khan takes a body punch but keeps moving. Khan misses with a hook. Khan backing away here, and Krustofski unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Krustofski walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Khan checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Khan blocks a head kick by Krustofski.
Khan misses with a straight left. Krustofski is trying to counter with his kicks. Krustofski slips under a jab. Khan lands an overhand right. Krustofski's coach down at Rabid Dog was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Krustofski's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Khan throws a hook to the side of Krustofski's head but Krustofski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Krustofski throws a front kick that sends Khan stumbling back into the cage. Khan swings widly with a right hand
and Krustofski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Khan swings for the body but Krustofski moves out of range.
Krustofski tries a quick counter leg kick but Khan is wise to it. Khan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krustofski moves away. Krustofski connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Khan drops his hands momentarily and Krustofski takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Khan steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Krustofski. That one must have hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Khan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Krustofski can pounce on him.
A nice leg kick lands there from Krustofski. Khan throws a nice looking combination but Krustofski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Krustofski throws a series of punches but Khan avoids them all with ease. Khan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Khan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Khan takes a shot right to the bread basket. Khan misses with a wild combination.
Krustofski moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. A nice inside leg kick there by Krustofski. That's going to slow Khan down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Khan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Khan misses with a jab to the body
and Krustofski counters with a thumping low kick. Tobious Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Krustofski cracks Khan with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Khan looks to throw the jab but Krustofski is out of range. We've been told by Khan's head coaches at The Bear's Den that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Khan avoids a kick to the body.

Khan misses with a right hand and Krustofski counters with a lovely straight right hand! Khan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Khan blocks a jab. Khan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Krustofski lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Khan scores with a decent looking hook. Krustofski throws a front kick that sends Khan stumbling back into the cage. A jab from Krustofski misses. Khan misses with a straight left. Khan backing away here, and Krustofski unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Khan throws an ugly left hook that misses

Hyman Krustofski dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Khan catches Krustofski right on the button with a cross. Khan throws a right and a left that both miss. Krustofski has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Krustofski darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Khan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Krustofski connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! and Krustofski counters with a flying knee. Nice. Krustofski is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Khan. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Krustofski feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Khan's calf.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Khan might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Khan sees it coming and avoids it easily. Krustofski delivers a nice body kick. Khan throws a body punch but Krustofski moves out of range. Krustofski lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Krustofski looks to land a left hand but Khan moved out of range nicely. It looked like Khan was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Krustofski. Khan is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Khan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Khan swings for the body but Krustofski moves out of range.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tobious Khan will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Krustofski staying out of range there. Krustofski clobbers Khan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Khan looks up at the clock. Bad move! Krustofski lands a right hand from hell, dropping Khan. Krustofski pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
