Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Potter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Belcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Potter's entrance music is Cherry Pie by Warrant. A fine choice. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belcher moves into range and clinches up with Potter.
Belcher looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Potter throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Belchers head.
Belcher blocks an elbow strike from Potter.
Belcher tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Potter just stands there and leans against the cage.
Potter lands with a right to the head.
Potter digs a right hand underneath Belcher's ribcage. Belcher let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Potter scores with a shoulder strike.
Potter is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Our sources have told us that Potter has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Belcher is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Potter gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Peter Potter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Belcher.

Belcher is trying to pull guard but Potter has him pressed against the cage.
Belcher seems to have recovered his senses.
Potter lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Potter creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Belcher's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Belcher drops to his knees and Potter pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
