Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kai Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Gruzdev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Metallica - Enter Sandman. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kai Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Gruzdev!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Kai Anderson has been cut.
Anderson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gruzdev works his way to full guard. Good work.
Anderson content to stall in guard here.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Gruzdev manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Gruzdev breaks the clinch.
Gruzdev cracks Anderson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Gruzdev misses with the combination.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A jab lands there for Gruzdev.
Anderson walks straight into a right hand from Gruzdev - that's dropped him! Gruzdev jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Anderson from any more punishment! Anderson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alexander Gruzdev!
In his post fight interview, Alexander Gruzdev started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
The defeated Kai Anderson had this to say: 'I came up short.'.
