The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jung swats away the attempt to clinch by Heaney.
Jung slaps away a takedown attempt from Heaney, before circling back to the center of the mat.
And Jung tries to counter it with a takedown but Heaney pushes his down on his head and steps out.

and Jung counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Well, if Jung is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Jung moves into full mount! Heaney won't be happy about that!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jung is working for a guillotine from mount but Heaney frees his head quite easily.

Jung seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Heaney is holding on tight.

Jung looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Jung throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Heaney has his hands clasped together but Jung breaks the hold and Heaney is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Jung!

After winning the bout, Hop Sing Jung thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
