Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell comes to the cage accompanied by Joe Jackson- I'm the Man. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell throws a combination that misses
and Shamrock counters with a body kick that stops Mitchell in his tracks momentarily.
Mitchell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shamrock manages to avoid it.
Shamrock replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Mitchell blocks it well.

I was talking to Mitchell's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Mitchell around the waist but Mitchell pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Mitchell is the winner by TKO! Mitchell jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
