Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jasdeep Heir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derrick Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kelly has chosen Land of Make Believe by From Ashes to New as his entrance music. Derrick Kelly is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jasdeep Heir! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Derrick Kelly! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kelly lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Kelly gets a clinch. Kelly breaks the clinch.
Heir fails to land the takedown. A chopping leg kick lands by Kelly. Kelly will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Danga de danga de dang - Kelly scores with a four punch combination! Kelly throws a nice outside leg kick. Heir misses with a wild combination.
Kelly throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heir has his takedown stuffed and Kelly connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kelly lands with a straight right. Heir didn't see that one coming. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kelly has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Heir shoots in and drives through. Kelly sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jasdeep Heir. That's going to take a lot out of him. Heir darts in trying to clinch and Kelly counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kelly shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Heir eats them both and turns towards Kelly to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Heir shoots in but Kelly avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kelly lands a nice hook to Heir's body. Heir takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Kelly scores with a head kick.
Heir throws a body punch but Kelly moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Heir drops his hands momentarily and Kelly takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Heir is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Heir takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Oh Heir is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Heir darts in trying to clinch and Kelly counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Heir off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Kelly follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Heir was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Derrick Kelly! Derrick Kelly spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
