Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between CJ Lyons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Cage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniel Cage will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, CJ Lyons! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Cage! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lyons darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Lyons is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Lyons seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Cage for as long as he can get away with. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cage is trying to escape back to his feet but Lyons uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Cage is being controlled here. Lyons's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Lyons continues to stall.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lyons swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cage throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Daniel Cage is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Cage throws a head kick but Lyons moves out of range.
Cage throws a sloppy head kick and Lyons moves out of range easily. Lyons shoots in but no luck this time. Lyons misses with a straight right. Cage is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Cage scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Cage!
Lyons takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Cage lands a high kick!
Cage has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Lyons is landing a low percentage of strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cage misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lyons drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cage tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Lyons content just to control the position here. Cage's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Lyons controlling the pace for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cage tries to buck Lyons off but Lyons takes his back! Lyons controlling from the back. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cage is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Daniel Cage will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lyons shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Cage is looking to get back to is feet but Lyons passes into side control.
Lyons tries to advance to mount but can't. The referee asks Lyons politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Lyons prefers to stall for the moment though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Further stalling from Lyons.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cage is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lyons is controlling him well. Cage wants to get back to his feet but Lyons is dominant here and he's now got Cage's back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lyons biding his time, controlling Cage. Cage wants to get back to his feet. Cage is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Lyons.
Cage is trying to get back to his feet but Lyons has full control of the position and if anything, Cage has just worked his way into a worse spot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lyons is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Cage is tapping out! This one is all over!
