Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gonzalez throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Gonzalez checks a leg kick.
Petrov connects with a leg kick. Gonzalez looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Gonzalez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gonzalez takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gonzalez tries to clinch but Petrov moves away
and Petrov counters with a head kick that drops Gonzalez!
Gonzalez is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Petrov stands up over Gonzalez, holding on to his feet. Petrov throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Gonzalez is out cold! Petrov lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bodgan Petrov!
