Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ras Li Judah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Pedro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Judah comes to the cage accompanied by Limb By Limb. Ras Li Judah has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedro throws a lazy uppercut
and Judah counters with a nice uppercut.
Judah throws a push kick but Pedro slaps the foot to one side.
Pedro is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Judah has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Pedro swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Judah counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Judah is looking to slow Pedro down with leg kicks.
Pedro will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pedro throws a looping overhand right but Judah ducks down to avoid it.
Judah throws a hook but Pedro blocks it.
And Pedro tries to counter it with a takedown but Judah pushes his down on his head and steps out.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Judah plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Judah attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Judah throws a body punch but Pedro moves out of range.
Judah misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Judah comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Judah connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pedro. Pedro circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Pedro rushes Judah and presses him up against the cage.
Judah lands on the inside with an uppercut.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pedro has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Pedro works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Pedro tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Judah's elbow.

Judah swings wildly with an uppercut but Pedro uses good head movement to avoid it.
Pedro lands a body shot in the clinch.

Pedro throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Judah is breathing heavily.
Pedro wants the takedown. Judah is fighting it off but Pedro persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Judah's guard against the cage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pedro connects with a couple of short punches.
Judah has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pedro can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Judah moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Ras Li Judah has been cut.
Judah tries to land a front kick but Pedro steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Judah misses with a hook. Pedro ducked under it nicely.

Pedro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Judah counters with a thumping low kick.

and Pedro counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Pedro changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

and Judah counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Judah needs to keep his hands up - Pedro had a free shot at his head there.
A clash of legs there as Judah blocks the low kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Judah. Pedro does a little dance to reset his feet.

Judah lands with a shot to the body.
Pedro ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Judah moves away.
Pedro slips a jab from Judah.
Judah takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Judah lands with a good body shot.
Pedro lands a big shot that drops Judah! Can he finish him?
Judah is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pedro distracts Judah with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Oh Judah is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pedro makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
George Pedro has got the better of the ground game so far.

Pedro postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Pedro loads up on a big left hand. Judah felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Pedro looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Judah can't hide his disappointment, as Pedro celebrates the victory.
