Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Haack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belfort comes to the cage accompanied by Control by Puddle of Mudd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haack lands with a hook. Belfort tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Belfort uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Haack.
Belfort rushes Haack and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Belfort swings wildly with an uppercut but Haack uses good head movement to avoid it.
Belfort tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Belfort tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Haack manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Nice uppercut lands for Haack. That snapped Belfort's head back.

Haack ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Oh Belfort is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Haack keeps the fight on the outside.
Haack changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Belfort tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Haack counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A looping hook to the body misses from Haack. Belfort does a little dance to reset his feet.
Haack goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Belfort rushes Haack and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Belfort lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Haack backwards.
Haack's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Haack breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Belfort moves forwards but Haack connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Belfort walks straight into a right hand from Haack - that's dropped him! Haack jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Belfort from any more punishment! Belfort complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Andre Haack!
Our winner, Andre Haack, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
