Hale comes to the cage accompanied by Dead Sara - Weatherman. Sackett has chosen Snoop "Vato" as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
36 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Brandon Hale! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mordecai Sackett! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hale thuds a left hand into Sackett's body. Sackett missing with a left hand there. Hale was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Hale throws a leg kick that is checked and Sackett makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Sackett cracks a nice hook into Hale's ribs. Sackett throws a lazy body kick and Hale counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sackett looks to score with a jab to the body but Hale is just out of range. Hale swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Sackett throws a leg kick which misses Hale's front leg but catches the back leg as Hale tries to avoid it. Hale gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Hale looks for the body kick but Sackett saw that one coming. Sackett feints and then cracks Hale's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hale down. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sackett paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Hale ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sackett moves away.

Hale lands a head shot. Sackett catches Hale with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Sackett misses with a low kick.

Hale bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Donk. Sackett catches Hale right on the button with a cross. Sackett takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sackett misses with a straight left. Hale uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sackett. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mordecai Sackett dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Hale throws a sloppy head kick and Sackett moves out of range easily. Sackett lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Mordecai Sackett seems to be getting the better of the standup. Sackett scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Hale keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Sackett moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Hale crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sackett - the referee stops the clock and Hale gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sackett. Hale manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Mordecai Sackett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sackett moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Sackett throws an off balance right hand

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The fighters circle momentarily. Sackett darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Sackett scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. And that's the end of the fight! Mordecai Sackett comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sackett has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
