Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Phil Harrass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fireaway Flanagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harrass comes to the cage accompanied by Tomorrow. Flanagan has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Phil Harrass has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Phil Harrass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fireaway Flanagan!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flanagan motions for Harrass to come forward. Flanagan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Harrass tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Flanagan manages to circle out of the way.
Flanagan throws a sloppy head kick and Harrass moves out of range easily.
A little feinted left hand from Harrass on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Flanagan drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Harrass has control of Flanagan's left arm, preventing Flanagan from doing any damage.
Harrass has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Flanagan should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Harrass has tightened it up now! Flanagan should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Phil Harrass!
After the fight, Phil Harrass was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
