Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mohamed Khanidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Photirat Mongkolchai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mongkolchai has chosen Traditional Muay Thai Music (Sarama) as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

8 - 24 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mohamed Khanidov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Photirat Mongkolchai!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khanidov dives in for a single leg takedown but Mongkolchai sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mongkolchai appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Khanidov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mongkolchai sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That kick from Mongkolchai tenderised Khanidov's leg. Khanidov is trying to keep his angry face on.
Khanidov shoots in for a takedown but Mongkolchai shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mongkolchai fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Khanidov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Mongkolchai lands a head kick!
Khanidov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mongkolchai sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Khanidov somewhat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mongkolchai feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Khanidov's calf.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Mongkolchai, right into the meat.
Khanidov fails with the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Khanidov chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mongkolchai can pounce on him.
Mongkolchai has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Khanidov is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Mongkolchai lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Khanidov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mongkolchai but Mongkolchai pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Khanidov is breathing heavily.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Mongkolchai obliges.
Come on Mongkolchai - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
