Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rung Thrym (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hendrik Daross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thrym's entrance music is We Are - Hollywood Undead. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thrym takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Thrym takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Thrym throws a wild body kick that Daross sees coming a mile off.
Daross missing with a left hand there. Thrym was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

I was talking to Thrym's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Daross content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Daross's coach down at Bruize Brothaz was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Daross's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
