Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sergio Aguilar!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jethro Rusted!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rusted lands a nice leg kick that just misses Aguilar's sensitive parts.
Aguilar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rusted sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Aguilar dives in for a single leg takedown but Rusted sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Aguilar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rusted lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Aguilar has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Aguilar and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Aguilar throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Rusted walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Aguilar lands a nice shot that snaps Rusted's head back.

Sergio Aguilar spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
In defeat, Jethro Rusted stepped up to the mic, saying 'Fuck this shit, I might be retiring soon.'.
