Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Erick Clap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Monteban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clap kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Burn it to the ground. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monteban defending well as Clap loads up on a big left hand.
Clap throws a body kick that misses
and Monteban counters with a low kick, right behind Clap 's knee.
Monteban throws a leg kick but Clap moved away.
Monteban looks for the body kick but Clap saw that one coming.
Monteban tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Clap swivels and escapes.
Clap appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Still in half guard, Clap seems content to control.
Clap seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Monteban does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Monteban tries to get to full guard but Clap has control of the leg.

Monteban got a little sloppy there for a moment and Clap has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Monteban has managed to get both his arms back between Clap's legs - danger averted.

Monteban cracks Clap with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Clap tries to hold on but Monteban pushes him away.
Monteban postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Clap looks a forlorn figure.
Oh Clap is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
