Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andy Barclay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barclay comes into the arena with I Am The Walrus blaring out of the sound system. Halo has chosen Motorhead - The King Of Kings as his entrance music. The key to victory for Andy Barclay has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
26 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Andy Barclay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Arthur Halo! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barclay wants to clinch up but Halo keeps it at a distance. Barclay pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. A big right from Barclay misses. Barclay bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. A lazy body kick from Barclay and Halo counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Halo. Halo throwing strikes from guard but Barclay blocks nicely. Barclay tries to land a sweep but no joy. Barclay is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at 5 Star Spar Bazaar OFC that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Halo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Halo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Halo looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Halo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Halo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halo is working Barclay over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Halo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Barclay is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Halo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Halo tries to free his leg and advance position but Barclay is retaining full guard. Halo working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Halo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Halo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Barclay is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Halo, into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Barclay stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Halo has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Barclay manages to get his head free but now Halo has transitioned to an armbar! Barclay grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Halo! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Arthur Halo! A relieved looking Arthur Halo thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. Andy Barclay spoke after the fight, saying 'I shoulda stayed with the band...'.
