Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nonito Donaire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vick Shroud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donaire's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sia - Unstoppable. Vick Shroud has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nonito Donaire! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vick Shroud! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donaire's jab looks to have found its range, popping Shroud under the eye. Decent striking displayed by Donaire there. Donaire scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Shroud just misses with a punch to the body.
Shroud misses with a wild body shot. The fighters circle momentarily. Donaire darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Shroud shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Donaire as he jumps to the side. Shroud fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Donaire manages to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shroud scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Shroud slows the pace down in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shroud is looking to advance position but Donaire won't allow it. Shroud perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Donaire tries to get to full guard but Shroud has control of the leg. Shroud lands with a punch from half guard. Shroud sitting and controlling from the half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Shroud works his way into side control. Shroud content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Shroud scores with a couple of short elbows. Shroud taking a breather here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Shroud works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Donaire seems a little lost for a moment, as Shroud dominates the positioning. Shroud is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Donaire knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Shroud thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Shroud controlling from side mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vick Shroud dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Donaire ducks under a wild hook from Shroud. Shroud throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Donaire tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Shroud is in Donaire's guard. Donaire being controlled here, momentarily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shroud scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Donaire wants to get back to his feet but Shroud is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Shroud stands up over Donaire, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Shroud seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Vick Shroud has got the better of the ground game so far. Shroud scoring with punches to the head and body. Shroud missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Shroud content to stall in guard here. Shroud landing with the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Shroud controls from within his opponent's guard. Shroud has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Shroud sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Donaire's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Donaire taking some punishment here, with Shroud in his half guard. Shroud lands with a punch from half guard.
Donaire is rocked! Shroud lands a big elbow - Donaire is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Shroud!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vick Shroud! In defeat, Nonito Donaire stepped up to the mic, saying 'Just don't give up when you lose,you can comeback stronger and you will be a champion one day'.
