Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between David Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fireaway Flanagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Datsik's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Classic. Fireaway Flanagan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Fireaway Flanagan!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Datsik takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Datsik.
Flanagan pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Datsik back to the cage. Flanagan follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Datsik thows a leg kick but Flanagan checks it
and Flanagan counters by clinching up.
Flanagan is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Datsik pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Flanagan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Datsik gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Flanagan jumps guard and drags Datsik to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Datsik fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Flanagan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Datsik throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Flanagan misses with a takedown attempt - Datsik sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Flanagan has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Flanagan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Datsik sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Datsik counters with a nice low kick that buckles Flanagan's knee momentarily.

Datsik swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Flanagan.

and Datsik counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Flanagan keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Datsik shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Flanagan lets loose with a powerful body kick. Datsik will feel that in the morning.

and Datsik makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Flanagan is taking a breather. Datsik says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That was a close second round but I would say that David Datsik will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Flanagan cracks Datsik with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Flanagan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Datsik moves forwards but Flanagan connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Datsik is rocked!
Datsik walks straight into a right hand from Flanagan - that's dropped him! Flanagan jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Datsik from any more punishment! Datsik complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Fireaway Flanagan!
Fireaway Flanagan seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
