Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ozamataz Buckshank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernesto Panado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Panado has chosen Lorde - Team as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ozamataz Buckshank!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ernesto Panado!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panado shoots and misses
and Buckshank counters with a nice uppercut.
Panado darts in looking for a takedown but Buckshank gets double underhooks and turns Panado into the cage.
Horrible takedown attempt by Panado or perhaps it was just good defense by Buckshank, which made it look bad.
Ozamataz Buckshank has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ernesto Panado.
Panado shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Buckshank sprawls well. Buckshank wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Panado gets slowly back to his feet.
Buckshank defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Panado.
Buckshank throws a nice looking combination but Panado bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Panado throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Buckshank looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
A jab from Buckshank does it's job there.
Panado tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Buckshank swivels and escapes.
Buckshank moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Buckshank lands with a straight right. Panado didn't see that one coming.
Both fighters circling a little - Buckshank finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Panado looks winded!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Buckshank lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Panado circles away quickly and effectively.
A nice inside leg kick there by Buckshank. That's going to slow Panado down.
Buckshank drops Panado with a naaaaasty hook - Panado is in real trouble here! Buckshank dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ozamataz Buckshank!
Ozamataz Buckshank retains his middleweight title!
Ozamataz Buckshank was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
In defeat, Ernesto Panado stepped up to the mic, saying 'good win to my opponent sorry to my fans next time I will fight harder '.
