Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marious La De Hoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kylar Sensei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). La De Hoya's entrance music is Cocaine. A fine choice. Kylar Sensei will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marious La De Hoya! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kylar Sensei! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sensei fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sensei closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into La De Hoya's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sensei accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Sensei working some strikes from top position. La De Hoya has Sensei pulled in close to control his posture. La De Hoya looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sensei is one step ahead there. Sensei throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as La De Hoya works some decent striking defense from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sensei throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Sensei postures up in La De Hoya's guard and throws a big left but La De Hoya blocks it. La De Hoya on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if La De Hoya tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sensei lands a couple of elbows. Sensei loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Sensei is in close to La De Hoya's body, working some short punches and elbows. La De Hoya bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sensei's guard. La De Hoya pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sensei is keeping the position for now. Sensei looking for a guillotine here but La De Hoya defends easily.
Sensei is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Sensei had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. La De Hoya defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sensei tries to land a sweep but no joy. Sensei keeping moving, preventing La De Hoya from controlling successfully. La De Hoya looking to pass the guard. Sensei controls La De Hoya momentarily but La De Hoya frees himself. Sensei looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
La De Hoya is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Sensei escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. La De Hoya gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. La De Hoya throws a sloppy strike and Sensei has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! La De Hoya is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Sensei!
