Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Victor Tellegio!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe with a lazy takedown attempt
and Tellegio counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Joe fails with the takedown
and Tellegio counters with a big head kick but Joe shrugs it off.
Tellegio has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Joe doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tellegio counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Joe off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Tellegio follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Joe was out before he hit the floor.
