The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derozan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Steve to score with a decent uppercut.
Derozan throws a leg kick but Steve checks it.
The fighters circle momentarily. Steve darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Steve connects with a jab.
We've been told by Steve's head coaches at Aspire Acαdemy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Derozan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Derozan there as he acknowledges the shot.
Steve tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Derozan was well out of range. Poor timing from Steve.

The crowd cheers as Steve lands an impressive looking overhand right. Derozan doesn't seem phased though.
Steve lands a jab to Derozan's midsection.
Steve circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Derozan to the canvas! Derozan doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Steve keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
