Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Yamada finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Damozzi lands a two punch combo.
Damozzi throws a right hand that Yamada ducks under and follows up with a left that Yamada also avoids with ease.
Damozzi fails to land with a series of punches.
Yamada paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Yamada misses with a body shot.
Yamada throws a solid leg kick but Damozzi takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Yamada.
Damozzi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yamada slips under a jab.
No luck for Damozzi with that takedown attempt.
Yamada tries a low kick but Damozzi avoids it.
A shot to the liver by Yamada. Beautiful body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Yamada shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Yamada showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yamada uses his free foot to push down on Damozzi's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Damozzi.
Damozzi is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yamada is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Damozzi has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Damozzi!

Yamada has his feet on Damozzi's thighs here. He's pushed Damozzi off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Damozzi screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
