Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Freddie Miller!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albright lands with an uppercut that bounces Miller off the ropes and back into range.
Miller throws a body punch but Albright moves out of range.
A decent looking cross lands there for Albright.

and Albright counters with a right hand to the body.

Miller rushes Albright and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Miller's coach down at Parko Ludos was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Miller's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Miller lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Albright backwards.
Miller is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Albright is defending well for now.
Still in the clinch, Miller scores with a nice short uppercut.

Miller lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Miller creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Albright crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5, yes, he's made it back to his feet. He seems OK so it looks like we're going to continue!


Albright is rocked!
Miller throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oh Albright is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Miller cracks Albright with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Albright is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Albright is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
Miller jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Albright seems to have got his legs back now.
Miller connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Freddie Miller will get the nod in that round, having scored multiple knockdowns.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Miller ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Albright moves away.

Albright with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Miller to score with a decent uppercut.

Jayson Albright is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Albright went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Freddie Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Albright counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice defenses there by Albright.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Albright get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
