Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Crow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frink Massiah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Frink Massiah enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Massiah lands with a nice body punch.
A chopping leg kick lands by Massiah.
A solid body kick from Massiah.
Crow throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Massiah counters with a series of strikes. Crow will be more careful next time no doubt.
Crow walks forward, straight into a front kick from Massiah.
Massiah lands a two punch combo.
Frink Massiah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Massiah misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Crow.
Crow appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Crow fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Massiah checks it well.
And Massiah responds with a good body kick, but Crow manages to step out the way in time.

Massiah thows a body kick. Crow tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Massiah has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Crow is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Crow takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Massiah tries to bum rush Crow with a series of wild strikes but Crow uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Crow attempts a counter takedown but Massiah avoids it well and moves away.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Massiah. Crow shrugs it off though.

Massiah fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Crow looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Crow clinches.
Massiah working hard to break the clinch.
Massiah escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Massiah connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Massiah scores with a body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Crow misses the body punch
and Massiah counters with an inside leg kick.

Massiah fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Crow takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Crow moves to clinch but Massiah breaks away
and Massiah counters with a nice leg kick.
Crunch! Massiah slams his shin into Crow's torso.
Massiah blocks a leg kick.
Massiah is looking for the big counter here.

Nice body punch from Massiah.
Nice straight punches there by Massiah. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Massiah.
Massiah throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Massiah fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Massiah throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Crow.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Crow moves into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frink Massiah dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Crow. Massiah does a little dance to reset his feet.
Some bone on bone action there as Massiah checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
A countering left hand to the body from Massiah misses.
Good leg kick by Massiah there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Crow rushes Massiah and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Massiah jumps into guard, dragging Crow to the mat.
Massiah being controlled here, momentarily.
Crow passes Massiah's left leg - he's now in half guard.
