The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos throws a combination that misses
enabling Sayonara to counter with a crisp jab.
Ramos uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sayonara.
Ramos drops down looking for a counter takedown but Sayonara sprawls and moves away.
Ramos rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sayonara counters with a thumping low kick.
Ramos misses with a shot to the body
and Sayonara counters with a nice leg kick.
Ramos misses with a jab to the body
enabling Sayonara to counter with a crisp jab.
Ramos throws a lazy right hand but Sayonara sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sayonara throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sayonara scores with a jab to the body.
Tony Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramos cracks a nice hook into Sayonara's ribs.
Sayonara looks to score with a jab to the body but Ramos is just out of range.
Ramos misses with a right hand
and Sayonara counters with a stiff right hand.
Ramos shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sayonara defends it nicely.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sayonara pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Ramos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sayonara manages to avoid it.
Ramos throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sayonara was covering up waiting for the punch and Ramos finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ramos lands a couple of elbows.
Sayonara avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sayonara is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Ramos is in close to Sayonara's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Sayonara trying to keep a closed guard but Ramos is proving a slippery customer.
Sayonara is looking for a triangle but Ramos pushes his legs off easily.

Sayonara has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramos can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Sayonara looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ramos is defending well. Sayonara quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ramos has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Sayonara celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
