Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corrales lands with an overhand left.
Nice shot lands for Corrales.
Corrales connects with a body shot.
Corrales catches Papa napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Papa to the canvas!
Papa is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Corrales wants to get up but he can't break Papa's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Papa is still in real trouble! Can Corrales finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Papa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Corrales defends it easily.
Papa seems to have recovered his senses.
Papa bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Corrales's guard.
Corrales is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Papa stands up and waves to Corrales to follow him.
Corrales fails to land with a series of punches.
Papa avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Corrales throws a looping overhand right but Papa ducks down to avoid it.
Papa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Corrales jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
A combination from Papa does no damage.
Papa moves out of range of the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Papa looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Papa looks up at the clock. Bad move! Corrales lands a right hand from hell, dropping Papa. Corrales pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nelson Corrales!
