Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Neculai Costel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derui Pake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Costel comes to the cage accompanied by Ain't No Sunshine. Pake has chosen The Geeks - A Light In The Dark as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Derui Pake!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Costel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pake pinned against the cage. Pake gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Costel has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Pride in the buildup to the fight.
Costel doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Pake to counter with a crisp jab.
Oooooh!!! Pake has knocked Costel down with a huge combo! Pake steps away and waves a wobbly Costel back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Costel is rocked!
Costel tries for a takedown but Pake circles away easily
and Pake counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Costel out cold! What a finish! Pake is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Derui Pake!
During a confident post fight interview, Derui Pake thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Neculai Costel stepped up to the mic, saying 'You win some, you lose some. I have to give it to Hess, he was sneakyer tonight.'.
