Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tito Hyde (ranked 858 p4p, 125 weight class) and Jefferson Murillo (ranked 594 p4p, 88 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tito Hyde! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jefferson Murillo! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hyde tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Murillo was well out of range. Poor timing from Hyde. Murillo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Hyde throws a head kick that misses. Murillo moves out of range as Hyde throws a body kick.
Murillo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Tito Hyde seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Murillo with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Hyde throws a lazy body kick and Murillo counters with a stiff right hand. Murillo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Hyde is landing a low percentage of strikes. Murillo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hyde backs up against the cage.
Murillo connects with a leg kick. Hyde looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Hyde looks to land a combination but Murillo avoids it well. Hyde wants to slow Murillo down by chopping away at his legs. Hyde blocks a jab. Murillo scores with a jab to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Murillo moves out of range as Hyde strikes. Hyde throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Murillo lands a jab to Hyde's midsection. Hyde lands a head shot. Hyde looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A big right from Hyde misses. Murillo moves out of range as Hyde throws a body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hyde misses with a looping left. Murillo throws a lazy right hand but Hyde sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Murillo lands a nice hook to Hyde's body. Hyde takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Murillo avoids the body shot from Hyde.
Hyde scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Hyde throws a push kick but Murillo slaps the foot to one side. Hyde keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hyde shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Murillo eats them both and turns towards Hyde to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Good exchange - Hyde coming out on top. Hyde just misses with a punch to the body.

Hyde throws a head kick that misses. Murillo throws a sloppy head kick and Hyde moves out of range easily. As Murillo tries to get set, Hyde tries to push him back and clinch up but Murillo manages to avoid the attempt. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hyde. Hyde throws a front kick aimed at Murillo's knee but Murillo avoids it well. Hyde throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Murillo takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murillo walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hyde. Hyde misses with a right hand and Murillo counters with an outside leg kick.
Murillo blocks the body kick.
Hyde pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Hyde throws a sloppy head kick and Murillo moves out of range easily. Murillo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Murillo lands with a shot to the body. Hyde tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hyde tries to land a body kick and Murillo counters with a good low kick that Hyde was not able to check. Hyde takes one to the side of the head.
The crowd cheers as Murillo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hyde doesn't seem phased though. Hyde drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Hyde is looking to land body kicks. Hyde lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Hyde walks into a straight right hand from Murillo. Murillo pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hyde takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hyde. Hyde throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Murillo throws a hook but Hyde blocks it. Murillo slips a jab from Hyde. Hyde throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Murillo to counter with a crisp jab. Hyde scores with a jab. Murillo acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Hyde explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Hyde throws a head kick but Murillo moves out of range.

Nice shot lands for Murillo. Hyde on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Hyde moves forwards but Murillo connects with a nice, crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hyde scores with a nice body kick.
Hyde is looking to chop away at Murillo's legs. Murillo misses with a low kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Murillo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A jab from Murillo misses. Murillo is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hyde had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Murillo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hyde's head backwards. Hyde looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Murillo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Hyde is out of range and Murillo settles back down. Hyde bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Murillo throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hyde counters with a crisp one two that drops Murillo! Hyde thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Murillo to his feet! Murillo is in big trouble! Hyde throws a head kick that misses. Hyde thumps Murillo with a low kick. Hyde misses with a kick to the body.
Hyde scores with a nice strike.
Murillo is rocked! Murillo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Murillo is still on wobbly legs! Can Hyde finish him? As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hyde cracks Murillo with a hook to the temple - Murillo is on wobbly legs here! Hyde swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Murillo falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Hyde wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tito Hyde! An out of breath Tito Hyde thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
