Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kris Chick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maurice Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kris Chick has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kris Chick! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Maurice Stone! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone tries to clinch but Chick is having none of it. Chick lands a jab to the head.
Chick throws a left and a right that both miss
and Stone counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Stone walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Chick fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stone looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Chick misses with a wild combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stone takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Chick lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Chick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone shoots for a takedown but Chick saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Stone tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chick manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Chick was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Stone avoids a punch combination nicely.
Chick comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A jab from Chick does it's job there. Chick tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stone was well out of range. Poor timing from Chick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone closes the distance and clinches. Stone jumps guard but Chick stands there with Stone around his waist. Stone gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Stone is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Kris Chick has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maurice Stone. Chick manages to pull guard.
Chick looking for subs off his back but Stone has passed one foot through into half guard.
Stone looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Chick tries to kick Stone off but Stone keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chick is trying to get back to full guard. Stone is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Chick sees it coming and defends easily. Chick is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Stone pulls his head out easily. Stone should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Stone is trying for a kimura here. Chick looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Stone wins by kimura!
