The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowe slips a jab from Tarasov.
Crowe gets the takedown into side control.
Crowe working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Tarasov managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Crowe.
The strikes coming from Crowe are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Tarasov is trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tarasov takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Tarasov is looking for a sweep.
Crowe lands a decent elbow from side control.
Tarasov is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Crowe scores with a couple of short elbows.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tarasov takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Tarasov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Crowe wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Crowe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tarasov keeps working.
Crowe looks up at the clock and then as Tarasov takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Crowe smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Crowe in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Tarasov is rocked!
The crowd goes nuts as Crowe knocks Tarasov out cold with a massive hammerfist! Crowe Jumps to his feet and climbs on top of the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stanton Crowe!

Stanton Crowe bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
