Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Pat Barry (ranked 2754 p4p, 380 weight class) and Oberion McKane (ranked 6030 p4p, 679 weight class). Barry kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sweet Dreams. Pat Barry has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barry gets a clinch. Barry scores with a knee to the head.

McKane has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Barry on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. McKane scores with a punch to the head. McKane lands a head kick that bluckles Barry and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with McKane no doubt looking to push for a finish! Barry is looking to clinch but McKane is avoiding it.

Barry seems to have got his legs back now. McKane scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Barry beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout. Barry is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. McKane doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Barry crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Barry's bad books for that mishap!
