Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between French Frye (ranked 5360 p4p, 626 weight class) and Sane Mante (ranked 7055 p4p, 701 weight class). Frye's entrance music is The Chainsmokers - Paris. A fine choice. Sane Mante has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sane Mante!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mante lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Frye at a distance.
Mante throws an overhand right that lands on Frye's shoulder, as Frye tries to avoid the shot.
Sane Mante seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mante looks to clinch
and Frye counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Sane Mante has been cut.
Mante closes the distance looking to clinch
and Frye counters with a nice body shot.
Mante throws a body punch but Frye moves out of range.
Mante tries to close the distance and clinch up but Frye swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Frye lands a glancing blow to the side of Mante's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mante slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Mante throws a predictable looking body shot
and Frye counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Frye tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mante was well out of range. Poor timing from Frye.
Frye is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

and Frye counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Frye really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mante scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Frye doesn't seem bothered though.
Mante walks into a stiff left hand from Frye.
Frye throws a body punch but Mante moves out of range.
Frye is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Mante throws a right hand that misses
and Frye counters with a big right hand! Oh Mante is in trouble here! Frye follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

French Frye very nearly forgot to thank Urban Fighter amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
