Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Jose Cordolha (ranked 23151 p4p, 356 weight class) and Reymon Soriano (ranked 9212 p4p, 349 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jose Cordolha! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reymon Soriano! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Soriano fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cordolha, pushing him back against the ropes. Cordolha tries to land knees in the clinch but Soriano avoids the damage to the body. Soriano slows down the pace here.
Soriano lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Cordolha or not. A right hand to the body from Soriano.
Soriano's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Soriano moves into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The referee is keeping an eye on Soriano - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Soriano. Cordolha pushes off an throws an elbow but Soriano leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cordolha can't break the clinch.

Soriano is pushing Cordolha up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Reymon Soriano. Soriano fails in his attempt to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Cordolha avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Soriano tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Cordolha paws at him with a jab and circles away. Cordolha goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. The fight moves into the clinch position. Soriano leaning against his opponent.

Cordolha is trying to maintain a safe position but Soriano gets an underhook and turns Cordolha into the ropes. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Cordolha is trying to break the clinch but Soriano is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Reymon Soriano dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Soriano looks to land a combination. Cordolha sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Soriano tries to clinch up. Cordolha is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Soriano throws a right and a left that Cordolha avoids nicely. Cordolha throws a body punch but Soriano moves out of range. Soriano rushes Cordolha and presses him up against the ropes. Cordolha wants to get back to striking at distance but Soriano won't allow it.

Cordolha is looking to control Soriano's arms but Soriano gets an underhook and turns him. Now Cordolha has his back to the ropes. Soriano works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cordolha thuds a left hand into Soriano's body. Soriano moves into range and clinches up with Cordolha. Cordolha is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Reymon Soriano showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Reymon Soriano. Soriano drives through and clinches with Cordolha against the ropes.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Soriano blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Jose Cordolha has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Reymon Soriano is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Cordolha misses with a hook to the ribs.
And that's the end of the fight! Reymon Soriano comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Soriano has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
