Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Curtis (ranked 2616 p4p, 339 weight class) and French Frye (ranked 1596 p4p, 227 weight class). Curtis comes to the cage accompanied by Russian Circles - Geneva. The crowd seem to be enjoying Frye's choice of entrance music: The Chainsmokers - Paris. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, French Frye!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Russell Pearce and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frye tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Curtis was well out of range. Poor timing from Frye.
Curtis was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Frye is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A relieved looking Frank Curtis thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
French Frye was interviewed post fight and said 'My manager is a dumbass muthafucka!!! Read the fucking forums now you nincompoop!'.
