Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Dunder Mifflin (ranked 6960 p4p, 615 weight class) and Somchai Paowsong (ranked 21188 p4p, 769 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dunder Mifflin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Somchai Paowsong!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mifflin scores with a decent looking hook.
It looks like Somchai Paowsong has been cut.
Mifflin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A countering left hand to the body from Paowsong misses.
Mifflin seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Mifflin misses with a hook. Paowsong ducked under it nicely.
Paowsong let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Paowsong ducks into a a hook from Mifflin and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!
Paowsong fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mifflin misses with a jab to the body
and Paowsong counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Dunder Mifflin has been cut.
Mifflin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Paowsong counters with a stiff right hand.
Mifflin cracks Paowsong with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Paowsong is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Paowsong is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
Mifflin misses with a hook to the body
and Paowsong counters with a straight right hand.
Paowsong walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Mifflin rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Paowsong has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.
Mifflin throws a poor cross that misses
and Paowsong counters with a straight right hand.
Paowsong walks into a big right hand from Mifflin and goes down! The referee sends Mifflin to a neutral corner as Paowsong gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
Mifflin throws a shot from downtown. Paowsong moves away and avoids it.
Mifflin misses with a body shot
and Paowsong counters with a nice uppercut.
Paowsong scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Mifflin to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Paowsong away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Mifflin got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Mifflin is rocked!
BAM! Paowsong delivers a spinning backfist that drops Mifflin like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Somchai Paowsong!
After the fight, Somchai Paowsong was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
