Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Neville Southall (ranked 2425 p4p, 95 weight class) and Bob Snapp (ranked 3924 p4p, 143 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bob Snapp! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! An inside leg kick from Southall misses. It seemed like Snapp was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Snapp looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Southall fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Snapp is out of range. Southall ducks under a wild hook from Snapp. Southall avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Southall tries to work over Snapp's front leg with a kick but Snapp checks it. Southall staying out of range there. Snapp on the wrong end of a nice jab. Snapp takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Snapp throws a hook to the side of Southall's head but Southall sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Southall looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Snapp throws out a counter right but Southall avoids it with no problem. Southall tries a head kick but it misses.
Snapp blocks a leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A looping hook to the body misses from Snapp. Southall does a little dance to reset his feet. Southall lands a leg kick that knocks Snapp off balance momentarily. Southall pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Southall throws a looping overhand right but Snapp ducks down to avoid it. Southall throws a sloppy head kick and Snapp moves out of range easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Snapp misses the target. Southall wants to slow Snapp down by chopping away at his legs. A leg kick checked by Snapp. Snapp misses with a straight left. Southall throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Bob Snapp has been cut. Snapp misses with a straight right. Neville Southall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. An inside leg kick lands from Southall. Southall misses with a low kick as Snapp jumps back. Snapp swings widly with a right hand
and Southall counters with a nice leg kick. Snapp checks a leg kick. Snapp looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Snapp lunges at Southall with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Southall's hand.
It looks like Neville Southall has been cut. Snapp takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Southall throws a leg kick and Snapp counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Good work by Snapp as he checks the leg kick. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Snapp! But no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Southall misses with a leg kick enabling Snapp to counter with a crisp jab. Southall misses with a low kick. Southall lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Snapp might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Southall backs away from a small jab... but Snapp lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Southall crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Snapp with a spectacular finish!
