Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jon Rudskogen!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear closes the distance and clinches up with Rudskogen, looking for a takedown. Bear pushes Rudskogen against the cage but Rudskogen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bear takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Rudskogen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bear. That did some damage!
Bear misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Rudskogen steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Rudskogen throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Bear is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Bear fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rudskogen on the side of the head.

Bear will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rudskogen lands a left and a right that send Bear crashing to the mat, dazed. Rudskogen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Oh Bear is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Rudskogen has Bear up against the cage in a clinch.
Rudskogen lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Bear to his knees! Rudskogen keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
