Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocket Bob Frankels (ranked 52 p4p, 3 weight class) and Damien Thorn (ranked 251 p4p, 11 weight class). Frankels comes to the cage accompanied by Dawn....Summer Solstice... . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frankels throws a jab but it's blocked by Thorn.
Frankels connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Frankels defending well as Thorn loads up on a big left hand.
Frankels scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Thorn tries a low kick but Frankels avoids it.
Frankels throws a body shot but no joy.
Frankels lands a nice looking body kick.

Frankels checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
It appears Frankels was looking to counter with a kick there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thorn moves out of range of the strikes.
Thorn checks the leg kick nicely there.
Thorn swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Frankels throws out a powerful jab.
It looks like Damien Thorn has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thorn throws a right hand that misses
and Frankels makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Thorn really felt that one!
Frankels sends Thorn crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Frankels is motioning to the referee to let Thorn up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Frankels digs a good hook to Thorn's body.
Frankels cracks Thorn with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Thorn falls to his knees and Frankels doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocket Bob Frankels!
Rocket Bob Frankels decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
