Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jason Harris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rivo Riitta!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Ben Watson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris cracks Riitta with a right hand to the side of the head.
Harris misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And Riitta tries to counter it with a takedown but Harris pushes his down on his head and steps out.
A head kick misses from Harris.
Harris works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Harris throws a hook to the side of Riitta's head but Riitta sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Harris cracks Riitta with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Riitta looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Harris finish him?
Riitta is rocked!
It looks like Rivo Riitta has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Harris works Riitta's body with a nice hook.
Riitta is still on wobbly legs! Can Harris finish him?
Riitta throws a nice looking combination but Harris bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Riitta seems to have recovered his senses.
Harris dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Riitta looks winded!
Harris lands with a big right hook that stumbles Riitta - he's out on his feet here! Harris follows up with another monster hook that separates Riitta from consciousness! Riitta falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Harris stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jason Harris!
