Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Chandler (ranked 3206 p4p, 122 weight class) and Maddox Wood (ranked 2919 p4p, 106 weight class). Wood has chosen 3 6 mafia 1 hitta quita as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Maddox Wood is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, William Chandler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Maddox Wood! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chandler cracks a nice hook into Wood's ribs. Wood ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chandler moves away. Wood misses with a body kick. Chandler stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Wood has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Wood is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Chandler feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Wood sprawling to the canvas! Wood rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Chandler finish him?!
Wood is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wood throws a shot from downtown. Chandler moves away and avoids it. Wood is still on wobbly legs! Can Chandler finish him? Wood tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. William Chandler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wood. Wood gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Chandler points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Wood wakes up just in time to hear Chandler thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). William Chandler! William Chandler took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Sully's Bar & Grill for their support in the buildup to the fight.
