Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Timur Frunze (ranked 917 p4p, 100 weight class) and Kron Silva (ranked 887 p4p, 95 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Timur Frunze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kron Silva!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frunze keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Frunze bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Silva uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Frunze.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Silva crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Frunze - the referee stops the clock and Silva gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Frunze. Silva manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Frunze enables Silva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Frunze manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Timur Frunze will probably get the nod.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Frunze lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Silva has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Silva and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Frunze, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
